What Is the Great Vibes Script Font?
Great Vibes comes from TypeSETit, the type studio of designer Robert Leuschke, who is known for elegant script fonts. The letters are slanted, connected and full of smooth loops, especially the capital letters, which have big swashes.
It comes in one style, Regular. There is no bold or italic version, because a script like this is already decorative enough. The Great Vibes font style sits between classic calligraphy and modern lettering, so it feels romantic but still clean.

Where Great Vibes Works Best (With Examples)
- Wedding invitations: the couple's names, "Save the Date" or "Shubh Vivah" written in English. See more ideas on our wedding fonts page.
- Certificates and awards: the receiver's name or the word "Certificate" at the top.
- Beauty, bridal and jewellery brands: a short logo word like a salon or boutique name.
- Greeting cards and quotes: one short line like "With Love" or "Happy Anniversary".
- Packaging labels: candles, sweets boxes and gift hampers.
A good Great Vibes font example is a white invitation card with the couple's names large in Great Vibes, and the date and venue below in a simple serif like Cormorant Garamond.
Tips to Use the Great Vibes Font Well
- Never use all caps. Script capitals are made to start a word, not to sit next to each other. "PRIYA AND RAHUL" in Great Vibes is very hard to read. Write "Priya and Rahul" instead.
- Keep sizes large. The thin strokes and loops disappear at small sizes, especially in print. Use it for titles, not paragraphs.
- Pair it with a simple font. A plain serif or sans for details keeps the design clean and readable.
- Keep it short. A few words look elegant; a full paragraph looks crowded.
- Check on a phone. If your design is for WhatsApp or Instagram, zoom out and see if the name is still clear.
Installing Great Vibes in Word, Canva and on Websites
On Windows, unzip the download, right-click the .ttf file and choose Install, then pick Great Vibes in Word or PowerPoint. On a Mac, double-click and press Install Font. In Canva, search for it in the font list; if it does not show, Canva Pro lets you upload your own font file. For a website, add the Google Fonts embed code and use font-family: 'Great Vibes', cursive;.
Great Vibes covers English and other Latin-script languages. It has no Hindi or Gujarati letters, so for a bilingual card use a separate Devanagari font for the Hindi lines.
Common questions
Is the Great Vibes font free?
Yes. Great Vibes is free on Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License, and you can use it for commercial work like printed invitations and logos.
Is there a Great Vibes font generator for Instagram?
Real fonts like Great Vibes cannot be pasted into Instagram or WhatsApp. For a similar look, our cursive font page and calligraphy font page give you copy-paste Unicode script letters.
Can I write Great Vibes in all caps?
It is better not to. The capitals have big loops and become hard to read when placed side by side. Use normal capitalisation for names and titles.
Does Great Vibes have a bold version?
No, it comes only in Regular. If you need more weight, increase the size or pick a heavier script such as Lobster or Pacifico.
What font goes well with Great Vibes?
Simple serifs like Cormorant Garamond, Playfair Display or Lora, or a clean sans like Montserrat or Lato. Use Great Vibes for names and the partner font for everything else.
